Children

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to show each child the love of Christ and the joy of His forgiveness and salvation. Helping them to learn of God's truth and how to apply that to their everyday lives. Working with parents to raise children who will become God worshippers and eventually earth changers and history makers.

CHILDREN & FAMILY MINISTRY

We welcome all children from birth to 5^th grade. Our goal is to help them understand and fall in love with the God who created them. As a church we want to give kids a strong foundation and equip them as they go out into this world. Hiding God’s Word in their heart plays a big role in the children’s ministry. Knowing what God says, what it means and where to find it. Teaching them how to relate the true stories from the bible to their everyday lives.

We believe that God calls use to be taught His ways so we may walk in His truths. God loves these kids and we want to show that through bible teachings, crafts, prayer and fun and exciting games and activities. During the year we offer many family events. Summer time we have a Fun filled week of VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL. During the fall we hold an AUTUMN ADVENTURE. We also give the kids a chance to preach to the congregation through song and acting as they practice and perform a CHRISTMAS MUSICAL. The FATHER-DAUGHTER DANCE is a great time for dads and daughters of all ages.

On a weekly basis we have SUNDAY SCHOOL and JUNIOR CHURCH. This is where the kids really grow to a deeper understanding of God and His Word. It is a humbling honor to work with the children and their families. We believe that God is leading and we are to follow and obey. What a JOY! We pray that God uses this ministry to build strong families and to build faithful cadets in the army of the Lord.
